OUR POLICY:
Treat the guest like a king and be flexible and adapt to his wishes.
For example: Norwegian Salmon, French Wine and German Beer Are not on the menu, but if you let us know in advance we'll get it For you.
If you need a haircut, massage or medical attention don't hesitate to ask.
If you stay overnight we serve you fresh fruit and tea in the morning, complimentary. You are always welcome to fill up your water bottle to reduce waste. We prefer to sell drinks in returnable bottles and limit the use of plastic. We separate organic from non organic waste And compost or bury it, we don't like to burn garbage and will try to educate the local population.
COMMUNICATION :
Nok's English is good when her partner is around you can also talk German, Dutch or Spanish with him. We are also planning to set up private English teaching to talented children in the village.
FOOD :
We are specializing in Northern Thai Food, but we also offer traditional Thai favorites like Tom Yum and Masaman, as well as some western Food. Vegetarians are welcome, the choice of vegetables available is amazing, some we are organically growing or collecting in the forest. Fresh fish from our ponds is available at any time.
